  This Stainless steel neck collar is as decorative as functional. The inner diameter of the mirror polished restraint is 13" , 14" , 15" , 16" , 17". The collar's height is 20 mm, the thickness is 5 mm. The movable O-ring has a diameter of 29 mm. All edges are perfectly smooth, so that the collar could be worn comfortably even for a longer period of time. It is locked by an allen screw, a matching allen key is included.
